Tasting Ruby color, intense, cherry reflections. Aromas of black fruits, aromas of garrigue, aromas of black pepper, aromas of liquorice. Elegant, silky palate, fine, melted, round tannins, good intensity, good persistence.
Serving Temperature 16-17°c - Serve rather chilled but not too much, ensure that the wine does not heat up excessively in the bottle or in the glasses. A slight opening time prior to service may be beneficial.
