Withdrawal period: exchange or return
Clients, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the date of delivery of their order to return the product to Rouanet-Montcélèbre for exchange or reimbursement without penalty.
The Customer will be reimbursed in full (excluding delivery costs) as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the date on which they exercised their right of withdrawal.
Conditions of exchange and return for reimbursement
Items returned must be intact, unopened and in perfect condition. They must be returned in a condition that allows them to be marketed again.
The Customer must make the return via Chronopost.
If the Customer were to return the items by any other means, and were to incur return costs as a result, he/she would not be entitled to any reimbursement or exchange from Rouanet-Montcélèbre.
The client must keep proof of the deposit of the parcel with the service provider responsible for the return. In the absence of this proof, no exchange or reimbursement may be made in the event of loss of the parcel.
